WHEREFORE, premises considered, this Resolution is hereby issued setting aside with FINALITY the Order dated March 22, 1994 of the Regional Director of DAR Region III. The records of this case is remanded to the Regional Office for immediate implementation of the Order dated January 16, 1992 of this office as affirmed by the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court. SO ORDERED.
