TL;DR — Ruling

WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, judgment is hereby rendered finding the accused GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of rape committed against his daughter and is sentenced to suffer a penalty of DEATH. Accused is also directed to indemnify the complainant the amount of P100,000.00, broken as follows: P70,000.00 - by way of indemnity; P30,000.
