ACCORDINGLY , the Court AFFIRMS the Resolution adopted on February 13, 2013 by the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines; FINDS and DECLARES Atty. William N. Mirano guilty of ethical misconduct due to conflict of interest, and, ACCORDINGLY , SUSPENDS him from the practice of law for ONE YEAR , effective immediately upon receipt of this decision. Let copies of this decision be entered in the personal records of Atty. Mirano in the Office of the Bar Confidant and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines; and a copy of this decision be furnished to the Office of the Court Administrator for dissemination to all courts in the country. SO ORDERED.
