WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is rendered declaring the transfer of complainant as tantamount to constructive dismissal and ordering respondent[s] to reinstate complainant to his position as collector in Balingasag, Misamis Oriental without loss of seniority rights and to pay complainant the following: 1. Backwages - P189,096.00 2. Exemplary damages - P 10,000.
