WHEREFORE, premises considered, the assailed Decision and Resolution of the NLRC are hereby SET ASIDE, and in lieu thereof, a new one is rendered ordering petitioners to jointly and severally pay private respondent Seven Thousand Four Hundred Sixty[-]Five US Dollars (US$7,465.00) in its equivalent in Philippine Peso at the prevailing rate of exchange at the time of actual payment. SO ORDERED.
