WHEREFORE, premises considered[,] the court renders judgment as follows: In Criminal Case No. 10-0399 for Violation of Sec. 11, Art. II, RA 9165 , the court finds accused CESARIA BASIO VERTUDES, GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt and is sentenced to suffer the penalty of imprisonment of twelve (12) years and one (1) day as minimum to seventeen (17) years and four (4) months as maximum and to pay a fine of Php 300,000.
