WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered ordering the respondent company and its owners to pay each complainant the sum of Thirty Thousand Pesos ( P 30,000.00) as backwages and damages. In addition, the respondent company and its owners are also ordered to pay complainants separation pay and 13th month pay as indicated above. SO ORDERED.
