WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered finding accused [GGG] guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of rape committed against AAA. Consequently, he is hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua . He is further ordered to pay the private complainant the amount of P50,000.00 as civil indemnity, P50,000.
