WHEREFORE PREMISES ABOVE CONSIDERED, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of plaintiff as against defendant EQUITABLE BANKING CORPORATION, which is hereby ORDERED to pay plaintiff as follows: the sum of US$150.00 as actual damages; the sum of P200,000.00 as and by way of moral damages; the amount of P100,000.00 as exemplary damages; the sum of P100,000.
