WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendants, ordering the latter, jointly and severally, as follows: To pay the plaintiff the amount of P1,426,176.45 with legal interest to be computed from the date of the filing of the complaint until fully paid; To pay the plaintiff the amount of P154,883.33 representing actual damages in the form of interest payment for loans; To pay the amount of P100,000.00 as and for attorney's fees; and Costs of the suit.
