WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered finding respondent liable for illegal dismissal and ordering the respondent to: Reinstate complainant to his position as B-737 Captain without loss of seniority right immediately upon receipt thereof (sic); Pay complainant his full backwages from May 15, 1997 up to the promulgation of this decision on (sic) the amount of P1,732,500 (sic); Pay complainant the amount of TWO MILLION PESOS (P2,000,000.
