WHEREFORE, premises considered, respondent Sofronio S. Manatad of the MCTC-Malitbog-Tomas Oppus-Bontoc, Southern Leyte is hereby DISMISSED from the service with forfeiture of all retirement benefits, with prejudice to reinstatement or re-employment in any branch or institutionality of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations. SO ORDERED.
