WHEREFORE, on the basis of the foregoing, judgment is hereby rendered declaring the dismissal of complainant as illegal. Respondent is hereby ordered to pay complainant her separation pay in the amount of P125,000.00 and backwages in the sum of P15,000.00; P100,000.
WHEREFORE, on the basis of the foregoing, judgment is hereby rendered declaring the dismissal of complainant as illegal. Respondent is hereby ordered to pay complainant her separation pay in the amount of P125,000.00 and backwages in the sum of P15,000.00; P100,000.00 for moral damages and P100,000.00 for exemplary damages. Respondent is also ordered to pay ten (10%) percent of the total award to the complainant as attorneys fees. All other claims are dismissed for lack of merit and insufficiency of evidence. SO ORDERED.
