WHEREFORE, in view of all the foregoing, the court finds that plaintiff has failed to prove the allegations of his complaint, and accordingly, the instant case is dismissed. On the other hand, defendants have proven by preponderance of evidence their counterclaim for the reconveyance of the property. Accordingly, the spouses Buyay[o] Aliguyon and Maria Tultog Aliguyon are ordered to convey by proper deed the one[-]hectare portion of OCT No. P-10995 shown in the sketch plan prepared by Engr.
