WHEREFORE , the foregoing premises considered, the decision of the Labor Arbiter is hereby REVERSED and SET ASIDE , a new one entered declaring complainants illegally dismissed by Respondents who are hereby ORDERED to pay complainants the following, as per attached computation: Magdalino O.
