Wherefore, the Court finds the accused Sherwin Bis, GUILTY as charged and sentences him to suffer the penalty of Life Imprisonment and to pay a fine of Php500,000.00 and to pay costs. The three (3) sachets of shabu with a total weight of 0.069 gram is hereby confiscated and ordered turned over to PDEA for proper disposition.
