Case No. 97-841 in the absence of any aggravating or mitigating circumstances and to suffer the accessory penalties provided by law specifically Art. 41 of the Revised Penal Code. The Clerk of Court is directed to prepare the Mittimus for the immediate transfer of the accused from the Parañaque City Jail to the New Bilibid Prison in Muntinlupa City and to forward all the specimens subject of these cases to the Dangerous Drugs Board for proper disposition. SO ORDERED.
