Ruling

WHEREFORE, premises considered, this Court finds the accused Ruben del Castillo "alyas Boy Castillo," GUILTY of violating Section 16, Article III, Republic Act No. 6425, as amended. There being no mitigating nor aggravating circumstances proven before this Court, and applying the Indeterminate Sentence Law, he is sentenced to suffer the penalty of Six (6) Months and One (1) Day as Minimum and Four (4) Years and Two (2) Months as Maximum of Prision Correccional . The four (4) small plastic packets of white crystalline substance having a total weight of 0.31 gram, positive for the presence of methamphetamine hydrochloride, are ordered confiscated and shall be destroyed in accordance with the law. SO ORDERED.
