WHEREFORE , in Criminal Case No. 02-597 , the Court finds the accused GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt for Estafa under Article 315 (1)(b) of the Revised Penal Code hereby sentencing him to suffer an imprisonment of six (6) years, eight (8) months and twenty-one (21) days to eight (8) years and to indemnify the private complainant the amount of NINETY-SIX MILLION NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR THOUSAND FOURTY-SEVEN( sic ) PESOS AND SIXTY-FIVE CENTAVOS (Php96,984,047.65) and to pay the cost of suit.

In Criminal Case No. 02-598 , the Court likewise, finds him guilty beyond reasonable doubt for Estafa under Article 315 (1)(b) of the Revised Penal Code and sentences him to suffer an imprisonment of six (6) years, eight (8) months and twenty-one (21) days to eight (8) years and to indemnify the private complainant the amount of TWENTY MILLION THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND SIXTY-SEVEN PESOS AND NINETY-THREE CENTAVOS (Php20,035,067.93) and to pay the cost of suit. The sentence rendered by the Court on both cases shall be served successively by accused Isagani Q. Lisaca. SO ORDERED.
