WHEREFORE , premises considered, the court finds herein accused Romel Vale Y Palmaria GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of rape of a minor in relation to RA 7610 and is hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua and ordered to pay [AAA256253] the amounts of: 1) Php 100,000.00 as civil indemnity; 2) Php 100,000.00 as moral damages; 3) Php 100,000.

WHEREFORE , premises considered, the court finds herein accused Romel Vale Y Palmaria GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of rape of a minor in relation to RA 7610 and is hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua and ordered to pay [AAA256253] the amounts of: 1) Php 100,000.00 as civil indemnity; 2) Php 100,000.00 as moral damages; 3) Php 100,000.00 as exemplary damages and 4) the costs of the suit, with legal interest from the date of filing of the information until fully paid. SO ORDERED.
