WHEREFORE, from all the foregoing premises, the appealed decision dated December 13, 1996 is hereby REVERSED ad SET ASIDE. A new judgment is rendered: 1. Ordering the reinstatement of Complainant-Appellant to the subject premises; and 2. Ordering Respondents-Appellees to maintain Complainant­ Appellant in peaceful possession and cultivation of tillage.
