Flores, Utility Aide II, Regional Trial Court, Branch 123, Caloocan City, GUILTY of simple misconduct and is SUSPENDED from office for One (1) Month and One (1) Day without pay, effective upon receipt of this Decision. And he is WARNED that a repetition of the same or similar infractions will be dealt with more severely. SO ORDERED.
