WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered finding CICL XXX guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Acts of Lasciviousness and is hereby sentenced to suffer a straight penalty of twenty (20) days of arresto menor . Accused is further ordered to pay private complainant AAA [P]20,000.00 as civil indemnity, [P]30,000.00 as moral damages and [P]2,000.

Accused is further ordered to pay private complainant AAA [P]20,000.00 as civil indemnity, [P]30,000.00 as moral damages and [P]2,000.00 as exemplary damages. Considering that CICL XXX was a minor at the time of the commission of the offense and he is still below 21 years of age, his sentence is hereby suspended. The amount of damages awarded are subject further to interest of six (6%) percent per annum from the date of finality of this judgment until they are fully paid. SO ORDERED.
