WHEREFORE , respondent Judge Edgardo B. Bellosillo is hereby ADMONISHED to observe the care and diligence required of him in the performance of his duties as a judge. Respondent Legal Researcher-Officer-in-Charge Branch Clerk of Court Leonila S. Huerto is hereby, for simple neglect of duty, SUSPENDED for One (1) Month and One (1) Day.
