WHEREFORE , for failing to file his Comment on a complaint against him despite the Court’s directives, respondent judge Deogracias K. Del Rosario is meted a FINE in the amount of Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00). The respondent is further DIRECTED to SHOW CAUSE within ten (10) days from receipt hereof why he should not be dismissed from the service for his refusal to file his Comment as directed by the Court.
