Ruling

WHEREFORE , premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered finding accused JACINTO ANDES y LORILLA , guilty beyond reasonable doubt of RAPE , defined and penalized under Article 266-A-(l)(a) in relation to Art. 266-B, par. 2, of the Revised Penal Code, as amended by RA 8353, and he is hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty of Reclusion Perpetua , without eligibility of parole, and to pay the victim, [AAA], the amount of P75,000.00 as civil indemnity, P75,000.00 as moral damages and P30,000.00 as exemplary damages. SO ORDERED.
