WHEREFORE , premises considered, the Court finds and so holds that: (1) In Criminal Case No. C-90948 , accused Angel Angeles y Arimbuyutan, GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt for Violation of Section 5, Article II of Republic Act No. 9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, and imposes upon him the penalty of LIFE IMPRISONMENT , taking into account the enactment of Republic Act No. 9346, and a fine of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP500,000.

(2) In Criminal Case No. C-90949 , accused Angel Angeles y Arimbuyutan, GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt for Violation of Section 15, Article II of Republic Act No. 9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, and imposes upon him the penalty of six (06) months rehabilitation in a government rehabilitation center to be effected during the service of his prison term. x x x x SO ORDERED.
