WHEREFORE, in light of all the foregoing, accused GEMMA F. ADANA, ROLAND C. GRIJALVO, FELIX A. TIMSAN, EMMANUEL F. ENTERIA and JONATHAN K. CARTAGENA are found GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of violating Section 3(e) of Republic Act No. 3019, and are each sentenced to imprisonment for a minimum of six (6) years and one (1) month and a maximum of eight (8) years, with perpetual disqualification from public office. Let the records of this case be sent to the archive files without prejudice on the part of the prosecution to prosecute the case against accused Jose Ely H. Solivar, who remains at-large, as soon as he is apprehended. SO ORDERED.
