WHEREFORE, judgment is rendered in favor of the defendants and against the plaintiff, as follows: 1) The complaint is dismissed; 2) Plaintiff is ordered to pay to the defendants the amount of P72,000.00 as and by way of actual damages and the amount of P10,000.00 as and by way of attorney’s fees. SO ORDERED.
