WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered: ordering the defendant to pay plaintiff the sum of P2,865,000.00 as actual damages and unpaid accomplishment billings; ordering the defendant to pay plaintiff the amount of P500,000.00 representing the value of unused building materials; ordering the defendant to pay plaintiff the amount of P100,000.00 as moral damages and P100,000 as attorney's fees.
