WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is hereby entered: Dismissing the complaint for illegal dismissal of complainants Plazon, Cordova and Torreon [Torion] for lack of merit; Declaring the dismissal of complainants Arnuza, Gamil and Janiola illegal; and Ordering respondents to pay complainants the amounts indicated opposite their names, as shown in Annex "A" hereof. Complainants' other claims are dismissed for lack of merit. SO ORDERED.
