accordingly sentenced him to suffer the penalty of imprisonment of twelve (12) years and one (1) day to fifteen (15) years, with a fine of P300,000.00. The dispositive portions of said decision reads: "WHEREFORE, in Criminal Case No. 4970-2018-P, accused NORBERTO VERDADERO y Pimentel is hereby found guilty beyond reasonable doubt for Violation of Section 5 of R. A. 9165 and hereby sentenced to life imprisonment and to pay a fine of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND (P500,000.00) PESOS; In Criminal Case No. 4971-2018-P, accused NORBERTO VERDADERO y Pimentel is found guilty beyond reasonable doubt for violation of Section 11 of R. A. No. 9165 and hereby sentenced to suffer an imprisonment ranging from twelve years and one day to fifteen years and to pay a fine of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND (P300,000.00) PESOS. SO ORDERED.
