WHEREFORE, respondent Atty. Rodrigo Cera is hereby SUSPENDED from the practice of law for ONE (1) YEAR . He is WARNED that a repetition of the same or similar act shall be dealt with more severely. Let copies of this Resolution be furnished the Office of the Bar Confidant to be entered into the respondent's personal record.
