WHEREFORE, Judgment is hereby rendered as follows: In Crim. Case No. Q-93-44420 - the Court finds accused Jane Caras GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt for Violation of Batas Pambansa Blg. 22 and is hereby sentenced to suffer an imprisonment of four (4) months and to indemnify the offended party in the amount of P14,125.00 and to pay the costs; In Crim.
