WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the complainant, rescinding the Contract to Sell and ordering respondent to: 1) Reimburse complainant the sum of P3,187,500.00, representing the purchase price paid by the complainants to P.R. Builders, plus interest thereon at the rate of twelve percent (12%) per annum from the time complaint was filed; 2) Pay complainant the sum of P297,000.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the complainant, rescinding the Contract to Sell and ordering respondent to: 1) Reimburse complainant the sum of P3,187,500.00, representing the purchase price paid by the complainants to P.R. Builders, plus interest thereon at the rate of twelve percent (12%) per annum from the time complaint was filed; 2) Pay complainant the sum of P297,000.00 as actual damages; 3) Pay complainant the sum of P100,000.00 by way of moral damages; 4) Pay complainant the sum of P150,000.00 as exemplary damages; 5) P50,000.00 as attorney's fees and for other litigation expenses; and 6) Cost of suit. SO ORDERED.
