TL;DR — Ruling

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, judgment is hereby rendered finding the accused TORADIO SILVANO GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of MURDER, and sentences him to a penalty of Reclusion Perpetua. He is directed to indemnify the heirs of Ildefonso Palabrica the sum of P50,000.00. SO ORDERED.
