WHEREFORE, in light of the foregoing, the Court finds Judge Corpus Alzate of Branch 2, Regional Trial Court, Bangued, Abra, GUILTY of impropriety and gambling in public. He is hereby FINED in the amount of Ten Thousand Pesos (Php10,000.00) with warning that a repetition of the same or similar acts shall be dealt with more severely.
