WHEREFORE , we find retired JUDGE FELIX G. GAUDIEL, JR., LIABLE for gross inefficiency for undue delay in rendering judgments while he was the Presiding Judge of Branch 64 of the Regional Trial Court of Guihulngan, Negros Oriental. He is ORDERED to pay a FINE of Twenty Thousand Pesos (P20,000.
