WHEREFORE , the Petition is DENIED . Petitioner Terp Construction Corporation is ordered to pay respondent Banco Filipino Savings and Mortgage Bank the amount of Eighteen Million One Hundred Four Thousand and Four Hundred Thirty-One Pesos and Thirty-Three Centavos (P18,104,431.33) with legal interest of twelve percent (12%) to be computed from January 31, 2001 until June 30, 2013 and six percent (6%) from July 1, 2013 until its full satisfaction.

WHEREFORE , the Petition is DENIED . Petitioner Terp Construction Corporation is ordered to pay respondent Banco Filipino Savings and Mortgage Bank the amount of Eighteen Million One Hundred Four Thousand and Four Hundred Thirty-One Pesos and Thirty-Three Centavos (P18,104,431.33) with legal interest of twelve percent (12%) to be computed from January 31, 2001 until June 30, 2013 and six percent (6%) from July 1, 2013 until its full satisfaction. The total amount payable shall likewise earn interest at the rate of six percent (6%) per annum from the finality of this Decision until its full satisfaction. [52] SO ORDERED.
