Ruling

WHEREFORE , the Court finds respondent Atty. Pepito A. Sanchez GUILTY of violating Rule 15.03 of the Code of Professional Responsibility. The Court SUSPENDS respondent from the practice of law for ONE YEAR and WARNS respondent that the commission of a similar act in the future will merit a more severe penalty. Let copies of this decision be furnished the Office of the Bar Confidant, to be appended to respondent's personal record as attorney. Likewise, copies shall be furnished to the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and all courts in the country for their information and guidance. SO ORDERED.
