WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, judgment is hereby rendered finding accused Jose Maria Asuncion y Marfori guilty beyond reasonable doubt of Violation of Section 16, Article III, Republic Act 6425 and considering the quantity of the Methamphetamine Hydrochloride involved in this case, hereby sentences him to suffer an indeterminate penalty of one (1) year eight (8) months and twenty (20) days as minimum, to three (3) years six (6) months and twenty (20) days, as maximum, and to pay a fine of P3,000.00. "The Methamphetamine Hydrochloride, subject matter of this case, is forfeited in favor of the government, and the Branch Clerk of Court is directed to turn over the same to the Dangerous Drugs Board for proper disposition, upon the finality of this decision.
