WHEREFORE , the Court finds respondent Marilyn C. Avila GUlLTY of dishonesty and falsification of official document. She is forthwith DISMISSED from the service, with cancellation of eligibility, forfeiture of all benefits, except accrued leave credits, and disqualification for reemployment in the government service, including in government-owned or controlled corporations. SO ORDERED.
