Ruling

WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered finding the accused BALTAZAR BONGALON y MATEOS guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the offense of Violation of Section 15, Article III, of R.A. 6425, as amended by R.A. 7659, Section 15 in relation to number 3 Section 20 thereof, he is hereby sentenced to suffer the supreme penalty of DEATH and to pay a fine of ONE MILLION (P1,000,000.00) PESOS and to pay the costs. The Methamphetamine Hydrochloride (Shabu) confiscated from the accused is ordered forfeited in favor of the Government and the Clerk of Court is directed without delay to turn over said item to the Dangerous Drug Board. SO ORDERED.
