WHEREFORE , the Court finds respondent Nelson P. Magbanua, Process Server, 3 rd Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Patnongon, Antique, GUILTY of DISHONESTY for making false and inaccurate entries in his Daily Time Record/Bundy Card for the month of November 2010. He is hereby imposed a fine equivalent to his one (1) month salary, with a WARNING that a repetition of the same or similar offense in the future shall be dealt with more severely. SO ORDERED.
