WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the complainant as follows: Declaring the suspension and eventual dismissal of the complainant illegal; Ordering the respondents to immediately reinstate the complainant to his former position without loss of seniority rights and other benefits; Ordering the respondents to pay to complainant his backwages and other benefits appurtenant to his position; Ordering respondents to pay complainant moral and exemplary damages of P150,000.00 and attorney's fees equivalent to 10% of the total amount due. Attached is the detailed computation which is marked as annexes "A", "A-1", "A-2", "A-3" of the backwages and other benefits per collective bargaining agreement as of December 31, 1998. SO ORDERED.
