WHEREFORE , respondent Charlie S. Gatbunton, Sheriff IV of the RTC, Branch 4, Balanga, Bataan, is administratively found GUILTY of inefficiency and incompetence in the performance of his official duties and meted the penalty of SUSPENSION for six (6) months and one (1) day without pay with a stern WARNING that a repetition of the same or similar act shall be dealt with more severely. SO ORDERED.
