WHEREFORE, premises considered, finding the accused Ignacio Poras GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of rape under Article 266-A of the Revised Penal Code, said accused is hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty of Reclusion Perpetua and ordered to pay private complainant AAA a civil indemnity of P50,000.00 and moral damages of P50,000.00. Considering that the accused is a detention prisoner, let the period of his detention be credited in the service of his sentence.
