TL;DR — Ruling
WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the plaintiffs and against the defendant ordering the latter as follows: 1) To restore to plaintiffs at their residence at #9 Hukvet St., Area I, Veterans Village, Quezon City their electric power connection and/or services; 2) To pay the plaintiffs the sum of P300,000.00 as and by way of moral damages; 3) To pay the plaintiffs the sum of P30,000.00 as and by way of attorney's fees; 4) To pay the cost of suit.
