WHEREFORE , the March 31, 2005 Decision of the Court of Appeals and its March 23, 2006 Resolution are hereby REVERSED and SET ASIDE . The dismissal order of the Regional Trial Court dated November 15, 1999 is hereby set aside. Steelcase’s Amended Complaint is hereby ordered REINSTATED and the case is REMANDED to the RTC for appropriate action. SO ORDERED.
