WHEREFORE, premises considered, the motion for summary judgment is hereby GRANTED and it is hereby adjudged that: 1. Plaintiffs are the absolute owners and rightful possessors of Lot 9250, CAD-355, Tagaytay Cadastre, subject to the rights of occupancy of the farm workers on the one-third area thereof; 2.
